Check that the holistic life coach certification program includes individual interaction with instructors and quality customer service.

Taking the time to review an organization's level of customer service and how swiftly and completely they respond to your questions may be more important than you think, when it comes to scrutinizing holistic life coach certification programs.

Against my better judgment, I decided to enroll in a curriculum. Whenever I contacted the organization, no one ever responded to me in person, and I received a return call or email a full 3-4 days after the fact.

Recognize that most holistic life coach certification programs and the organizations they correspond to are “on their best behavior” when you first contact them, because they desire to enroll you and get your dollars.

In all likelihood, if you have no or bad customer service upfront, it may get much worse once you’ve enrolled in one or more of your courses.

However, if your calls or emails are returned speedily, then you’ve got yet another sign that you’re reviewing a quality holistic life coach certification curriculum that can equip you to obtain your goals.
